Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed for the period shown at checkout. Because tender data access is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the transaction.

Consultancy engagements delivered by TEBCOS INDIA are governed by the scope agreed in writing for that engagement.
